Industry 4.0
Digital Evolution and Process Harmonization for Industry 4.0 at Neodecortech, aimed at increasing productivity, digitizing processes, reducing operating costs and ensuring integrated, timely information to support decision-making processes.
Neodecortech has embarked on a digital transformation journey to address a number of structural challenges related to the heterogeneity of software platforms, the obsolescence of certain systems, and the presence of multiple integration interfaces that made operational management complex. The project enabled the development of a shared process model based on best practices, focused on standardization and the full digitalization of business workflows.
A significant part of the work concerned planning activities, where demand forecasting methods were revised and the information flow required for more accurate and integrated scheduling was redefined.
At the same time, production and logistics areas saw updates to quality standards, control procedures, traceability criteria and warehouse organization, with the aim of improving process efficiency and the quality of data used to manage operations.
Through this initiative, the company has established stronger foundations for a modern, harmonized information system capable of supporting growth, simplifying operational complexity, and enabling fast, well-informed decisions based on integrated and reliable information, fully aligned with the principles of Industry 4.0.
The funds received relate to Investment 2.3, Mission 4 “Education and Research”, Component 2 “From Research to Business” of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

The total eligible investment for the implementation of the Project covered by this Agreement amounts to €795,000.00 (seven hundred ninety-five thousand euros), corresponding to a maximum grant of €397,500.00 (three hundred ninety-seven thousand five hundred euros).
