Organizational Model 231

Model 231, coordinated with the Code of Ethics, contains an organic system of principles, values, principals, operational indications and ethical rules that the company considers fundamental and indispensable for the conduct of every business and which requires the most careful observance of the Recipients: members of the Corporate Bodies, Corporate Representatives, Company Employees and all those who work, even in fact, for the Company, including third parties such as, by way of example and not exhaustive, agents, collaborators, consultants.


The Model is a tool with scope and specific purposes as it aims to prevent the commission of crimes provided for in Legislative Decree n.231/2001. The Model dictates the rules and provides procedures that must be respected in order to exempt the Company from liability in the event that the Offences provided for by D. Lgs are committed. n. 231/2001.
