Excellence at Work 2026: Confindustria Bergamo Recognises Neodecortech’s Innovation Team
During the ceremony held on Friday 18 September 2026, promoted by Confindustria Bergamo to recognise employees of member companies who have distinguished themselves through their professional contribution, the award was presented to Neodecortech’s Innovation Team.
The recognition celebrates a group that embodies some of the values that drive the company every day: the continuous pursuit of improvement, the ability to innovate and the determination to explore new solutions that create long-term value.
The Innovation Team, made up of Jacopo, Donato, Alexsandro, Marco, Mauro and Giulio, contributes every day to transforming expertise, ideas and research into opportunities for growth and development, supporting the company’s technological and organisational evolution.
