Neodecortech took part in the Career Day of the I.T.I. Guglielmo Marconi of Dalmine (BG).
The initiative represented an opportunity for students to have a “close encounter” with the various companies in the area and a first approach to the world of work. 

Excellent feedback for Neodecortech, where the Human Resources manager Rachele Cattaneo and the assistant Francesca Cattaneo alternated in simulating a job interview and in supporting the drafting of an effective CV.

“We gladly place ourselves at the disposal of schools – is their comment – ​​and of young people who are about to approach the world of work. We realize the role that companies can play in inspiring the new generations. We are happy to support students in identifying possible career paths and help them achieve them successfully”.

For the company, this is not an isolated initiative. Already in May, as part of the Bergamo Job Festival, they met the students of the Mechanical Mechatronics Institute Betty Ambiveri of Presezzo (BG) and other appointments are planned for the future. 

Attention to the new generations constitutes a focus in Neodecortech’s social responsibility strategy, as also underlined by the new communication campaign featuring children as protagonists, a metaphor for continuity and a possible tomorrow, thanks to a great commitment and important choices to be made today.
